No. Generally pet insurance provides coverage for unexpected injury or illness and you must pay into your policy regardless if you end up using it or not. The Wellness Plan is designed to take the worry out of being a pet parent. It is an affordably priced annual plan that spreads the cost of preventative health care over 12 months.

Your pet’s wellness plan can be made more affordable by spreading out the cost with a monthly payment option under an annual agreement arranging 12 automatic payments or one annual payment.

Our Wellness Plans are discounted based on an annual agreement. The agreement can be cancelled at any time, however, you would be responsible for the remaining payments on the plan or the full value for services or discounts used under the plan less payments received (whichever is less).

In the unfortunate event that your pet passes away or is lost while taking part in the Wellness Plan it is possible to cancel your plan. Contact one of our staff members and they will be able to determine which cancellation option is best for your situation.

If you should have to move while enrolled in the Wellness Plan it is possible to cancel your plan. Simply contact one of our staff members and they can help you determine which cancellation option is best for you.

We do not offer any refunds or substitutions on services that are not used from your Plan. Each pet is enrolled in the plan that will best suit their current stage of life including recommended exams and diagnostics such as yearly wellness blood work.

The Plan is designed to cover your pet’s preventive care needs such as a comprehensive physical exam and vaccines, routine wellness blood testing and fecal testing. Since the Plan is much different than insurance it is not intended to cover your pet’s needs to treat injury or illness while enrolled in the program. However, as a member of the Plan your pet is entitled to complimentary office visits with the doctor and other discounts based on the type of plan your pet is enrolled in.
